Vitae Wellness is a CBD focused boutique that offers a variety of high-quality products. We’re a new kind of wellness store: driven by our passion for plant-based medicine, hemp products, and herbal ingredients. We’re bringing the power of plants to our customers and community to help them lead a fulfilling life!

We are looking for a motivated team member with key holder experience and/or sales experience that is passionate about educating others on health, wellness, and sharing the benefits of CBD. Training will be provided.

What will you do?

• Provide exceptional customer service; greet and engage every customer 
• Maximize every selling opportunity by suggesting products to fit the customer’s needs and highlighting current promotions
• Establish and build relationships with customers 
• Provide thorough product knowledge and answer any inquiries regarding price, features, and benefits to enhance customer engagement 
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines including cash drawer audits and reporting 
• Assist colleagues as needed and communicate with supervisors to ensure efficiencies and success of Vitae Wellness  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store
• Perform regular inventory of product

• Strong belief in the healing powers of plants
• Reliable and punctual
• 1+ years retail or sales experience and cash handling required
• 1+ years as a keyholder
• Exceptional customer service with a warm and inviting demeanor

Store Hours:
Monday - Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday - Saturday: 12p to 6pm
Sunday: 11am to 5pm
